WWE Monday Night Raw Feb. 16, 2015

As SmackDown drew to a close Thursday night, the “Yes!” Movement was in full effect, a celebratory moment that could very well be a sign of things to come at WWE Fastlane if Daniel Bryan overcomes Roman Reigns and punches his ticket to the main event of WrestleMania. However,

even though The Big Dog and The Beard were seemingly on the same page when they stood triumphant after Tag Team Turmoil on SmackDown, Reigns isn’t about to just hand over the opportunity he earned by winning the 2015 Royal Rumble Match. As WWE Fastlane approaches, both Superstars will be looking

to gain important momentum in anticipation of their high-stakes battle, live on WWE Network. How are these ring warriors preparing for battle, and what does The Authority have in store for them on Raw? WWE.com has some ideas. At this point we can all agree that Monday Night Raw is generally a bad television show. It’s a three hour program that struggles to build compelling content for two of those hours, the writing is questionable at best and downright offensive at worst, and the roster, while deep in some respects, has been so poorly utilized that it feels like there aren’t many real stars among them.

Big Show and Kane have been inserted as the top heel foils for Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan for weeks now and they were booked to bicker like school children in front of Teacher Triple H until they were shouted down.

These are the guys who are there to make the two babyfaces look strong for their pending match at the upcoming PPV and they’re acting like annoying little kids. You wouldn’t book Albert Einstein to win a battle of wits with a five-year-old and then expect anyone to be impressed with Einstein.
